Love it! The dress looks really similar to Susan Pevensie's dress from The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe... But maybe I've seen the movie too much for my own good! (What can I say, I love Peter!) I love how well you captured Katniss in this! Great job!

It's nice and all, but I have the sick feeling you used Susan What's-her-face from the Chronicles of Narnia as a reference. LOL. I love your drawing, but the fact that Katniss is wearing a DRESS in the areana is odd. But all-in-all great job. I DO like it, it's just almost every Katniss picture is Susan-based. Really,great job though! :-)
